Aorex International ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This statement explains what this website collects and what we do with it.
What this website collects
- Visiting the site: we don't use cookies, analytics, advertising tags or tracking pixels, and the site loads nothing from other companies. Your browser keeps a small note of the page or link that brought you here; it stays on your device and is sent only with an enquiry you choose to send.
- The enquiry form: the details you type in (such as your name, company, country, email, phone and your message), plus that note of how you found us.
- Email: anything you send to us by email.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to work with you on it. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent personal information.
Who handles it for us
Enquiries are stored in our customer system, run for us by Timbre and Co. Pty Ltd on servers in Sydney, Australia. Our email is provided by our email service. These providers handle your information only on our behalf. Where a deal involves overseas partners, we share your details with them only with your agreement.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ben@aorexinternational.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy matter, tell us first and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
